Jim Ballard
|
|
|
Jim was a legendary radio talent as both Producer and Host in both
North and South Carolina, Lexington, and Orlando. He started as a
performer at an early age, doing Children.s Theatre with
Jim (KnowwhaddImean) Varney, and learning the broadcasting business from
George's dad, Nick Clooney. Jim continued his voice-over work, narrating
books on tape for Wizard Academy Press and Bard Press.
|
Jim was married to a wonderful woman named Monica, who incidentally, was
part of The Passover cast. Jim and Monica were married 17 blissful years
before Jim succumbed to a series of heart attacks in August of 2003.
"The Passover" was his last project and he was proud to have even a small
part in seeing it come to life.

|
Jim was a most pleasant and professional person to work with, and a joy to
get to know. He had a marvelous willingness and desire to help in any way
he could to see The Passover come to fruition. He has been, and shall be,
missed greatly by many.
